Jentry is the owner and founder of Re-Form Physical Therapy & Pilates. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2011 following completion of her BGS with concentrations in Psychology, Business, and Biology from Texas Tech University in 2008. Jentry discovered her passion for Pilates while rehabilitating from a hip injury in college. Jentry is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor and has studied in Plano, Texas at The Designed Body Pilates Studio and in Atlanta, Georgia at Inspire Health. Jentry holds several unique certifications including LSVT BIG Certification for Parkinson's Rehabilitation and a Vestibular Rehabilitation Certification through the American Institute of Balance.
Jentry's vision for Re-Form Physical Therapy & Pilates is to offer a calming and friendly environment where clients and patients will receive the utmost level of respect and support to achieve their lifestyle, fitness, and rehab goals while providing the highest quality service and skill.
Christy Miller, Pilates Instructor
Christy is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor. She has been practicing Pilates since 2001 and began her original certification in 2002 at The Oasis Mind Body Conditioning center, the first Pilates studio in Dallas, TX. Once she began working with clients, she quickly decided to further her training with STOTT. Christy has experience working with clients with varied fitness levels and conditions including golfers, tennis players, high school athletes, pregnancy and postpartum, neck pain, arthritis, scoliosis, and joint pain. She holds a BS in Human Nutrition from the University of Houston.
Christy was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 27 and has been able to remain fit and active through Pilates. Living with RA has provided her a firsthand understanding of working with joint and muscle pain, as well as pre and post surgical fitness needs.
She has recently returned home to Amarillo after living and teaching Pilates in Dallas for more than 15 years.
Sloan Teeple, MD - Medical Director for Skincare Services
Sloan Teeple, MD, is a graduate of The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He trained in urology and urologic surgery at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Dr. Teeple is a board certified urologist who specializes in Testosterone Deficiency. He practices at TMD Men’s Health and Amarillo Urology Associates. Dr. Teeple’s interests also include medical aesthetics and functional nutrition. His dynamic medical background allows for a holistic approach to patient care. Dr. Teeple believes in optimizing his patients internal and external wellness promoting overall health and well-being.
Ellee Leland, BSN, RN
Ellee graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in August of 2009. She began her career in the Emergency Department at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo, TX, where she worked until the summer of 2017. In the fall of 2014, she ventured into the world of aesthetics and began the Empire Medical Training as well as personalized training from Skinceuticals.
Ellee has extensive experience with injectables (primarily Botox), chemical peels, facials, dermaplaning, skin consultation, and product recommendation. In the spring of 2016 she continued her training at the Texas Laser and Aesthetics Training Academy in Austin, TX, where she took more advanced courses in chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and an advanced cosmetic ingredients course. With a mission to beautify her clients inside and out, Ellee has a passion for health and wellbeing and loves to encourage people to love themselves and value their health.
Hannah Deahl, Barre Instructor
Hannah is a certified Barre instructor through the American Barre Technique. She began dancing at a young age and found a passion for creativity and movement. She believes that being creative plays a strong role in generating movement to sculpt the body.
Hannah is also a successful hairdresser in Amarillo and finds that staying fit is of much importance to her job. She enjoys finding ways to make working out fun and effective with a busy schedule.
