Jentry Williams, PT, DPT

Jentry is the owner and founder of Re-Form. She graduated from Spearman High School in 2004, and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2011 following completion of her BGS with concentrations in Psychology, Business, and Biology from Texas Tech University in 2008. After working in several specialty areas, Jentry founded Re-form in 2015. She discovered her passion for Pilates while rehabilitating from a hip injury in college and knew someday she would integrate it into her physical therapy practice. Jentry is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor and has studied pilates in Plano, Texas, and in Atlanta, Georgia. Jentry's areas of expertise include spinal cord injury rehab, neurological disorders, and movement and muscle balance disorders. She currently serves on the Turn Center Medical Advisory Board, the Turn Center Board, the Amarillo College Foundation Board, and the St. Andrews Episcopal School Board.

Erin Park, PT, DPT

Erin earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University health Sciences Center in 2013. She also holds a certificate in Women's Health Studies from Texas Women's University and has personal interest in treating pregnancy and postpartum pain. Erin is extremely passionate about taking care of patients with conditions ranging from orthopedic injuries to vestibular conditions.
Erin has recently begun training with STOTT Pilates and has completed the intensive reformer coursework.

Lillian Lopez, PTA

Lilly is a 2016 graduate of Amarillo College's Physical Therapy Assistant program. She works closely with the physical therapists at Re-form and has extensive training in outpatient orthopedics. Lilly recently began training with STOTT Pilates and has completed the intensive reformer coursework. She is also currently working on her Bachelor of Biology Degree at WTAMU.
Lilly is highly compassionate and enjoys working with others. She strives for success, and always aspires to gain knowledge. Lilly is focused on her patients overall quality of life and seeks to improve mobility and functional performance in all of her patients. Lilly is bilingual and proud to offer quality and consistent care to Spanish speaking patients.

Nikkia Caple - Office Manager

Nikkia earned an associates degree from Amarillo College and graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. She has a true passion for healthcare and has always known that her calling was to help people feel better. Nikkia worked as a physical therapy technician for 7 years, where she was able to assist in the care of patients and encourage them throughout their rehab journey.
Nikkia enjoys being able to work somewhere that offers both internal and external wellness - the ultimate reward for her is to watch people grow stronger mentally and physically. She will also be found around the clinic encouraging everyone along the way!
Among her many duties at Re-form, Nikkia handles new therapy patient scheduling, and therapy billing and insurance.

Brittani Worsham - Receptionist

Brittani is the smiling face and kind voice of Re-form! She is our front desk receptionist and scheduling coordinator. Brittani is well versed in the services and products we offer and is always willing to solve whatever question you have for her. She looks at each day as an opportunity to learn something new and make someone's day better.
Brittani was born and raised in Amarillo. She and her husband have chosen to make it home to raise their two young girls.

Aisha McQueen - Office Assistant

Aisha is a graduate of Monterey High School in Lubbock, Texas and is currently
student at West Texas A&M University. You will find Aisha assisting in every
department of Re-form and is always happy to help!
