Making the decision to improve your health and relationship with a reguar fitness routine is a big decision and it is often experienced with mixed emotions. When building new habbits it is normal to vasselate between feelings of motivation and withdrawl and this is why we have built in accountablity with personal trainers who are there to help get you over the hurddle and keep you aiming toward your goals.
Our personal trainer will work closely with you to customize a plan based on your fitness level and goals. Nikki works closely with our physical therapists to assist in transitioning the gap from rehab to sport.

Nikki completed her bachelor of science degree in Exercise Science in 2017. She is also a certified personal trainer through the NSCA. Nikki has always had a passion for fitness and nutrition and has made maintaining a healthy lifestyle a personal priority.
Nikki is always working to grow her skills and knowledge and frequently participates in continuing education programs.
